As an employee at a big corporation I understand the meaning of business retreats and company parties, but it seems that at most of these events no one has a good time and everybody leaves early. At these office parties the corporation I work for always hires a live band that plays old slow music in which most of us do not enjoy. The top executive at the job has inquired what can be done for everyone to have fun as she does not want to establish a bad rapport amongst the lower-level employees. Well I first told her that the most important thing to any type of party is the music, the guests do not want to get away from the office and listen to slow music. Instead people want to dance, laugh and have a good time. With that being said I told her that some house music would be great and change things around.
