Tokina 11-16mm Review for Landscape Photography
Paging through a photographic magazine, I came across a Tokina 11-16mm review, and was amazed at the dramatic shots this lens is capable of. I just had to try it out for myself, and as I am a keen landscape photographer, I headed straight to the closest photographic outlet to get my hands on one of these. The creative scope this lens has given me is endless, and I really enjoy playing around with it. I have noticed that I have managed to achieve the most dramatic results with this ultra-wide angle lens by using it to emphasize scale. I would always take a close-up of a small object in the front of the image, and let the vast landscape extend beyond that. The linear distortion gives it a very interesting effect, and I have received many compliments about the sharpness of my images. People also tend to love the perspective in the photographs.
