IT certifications can let people get jobs when others are so discouraged they’ve stopped looking for work all over the country. Information technology has so many openings I wonder why the media isn’t talking about this more. There are specialties open in networking, computer security,programming, website development, IT support and much more. Jobs and good stable, well paying careers are right there for the taking. Employers love to see people with certifications applying for their positions because it’s proof that they are up to date and current with their knowledge and can really do the job. It doesn’t really matter much if they have hands on experience either. It’s cutting ahead of those that haven’t taken that extra step to get the training, and it’s sure to pay off with such a huge gap between the number of open jobs and the number of people who can even do that job.
