So you’ve probably done your homework and checked out resources on how to become a model. You probably already have your modelling portfolio with tons of quality photos shot by a professional. So, what’s next? Of course, you need to book a job. The easiest way is to go visit a modelling agency that will help you book for a job. Have an appointment with them ahead of time. You can call them up or visit their website. They usually have scheduled “go-sees” and you can sign up. Once in the agency, show them your interest in modelling and working for them. Ask questions. Ask what type of models they’re looking for and what their models are currently engaged on? If you have the potential to be a model and you fit their requirements, you’ll get a job. But if you get a rejection, accept it and move on. It’s part of the business and every model underwent this experience.
