My father’s life insurance cover got matured just last year and until now we still haven’t received any money from the insurance company. We have been doing follow-up’s almost every month yet we always get the “under process” answer.

My father told me not to mind it. Anyway we still have money to spend and we are not suffering financially. It will come when it comes. But I hate to think that my father is allowing some people not to do their part. We did our part when we paid month after month for that insurance. And now when they have to do their part, they cannot do it.

I told my father that we should continue to do follow-up otherwise they woult altogether forget about it. He agreed only because I won’t stop badgering him about it. I will really make it my duty to have my father receive the money he deserves.
