I am a business owner and what I like is efficiency. I do not like poor worker performance for obvious reasons. It ruins my business because less worker efficiency means lower productivity and poor performance. These things spell disaster due to a lessened output which means I make less money. For my business to remain profitable in this economy I need to maintain a constant check on how productive my workers are being. That is why I use a 360 survey assessment to evaluate worker performance. The better they score, the more likely I am to keep them hired and to even raise their salaries as a reward. I have used this tool in the past and I have seen a marked increase. In fact, worker productivity increased by 27 percent because they knew I was always watching. The potential for increased pay based on merit really convinced some to work harder in order to boost their pay.
