We have a whole lot of student records to print out in the coming weeks, and while it is okay for us to have a slow day once in a while, this type of thing cannot happen on a consistent basis. Well, it happened today because the printer has broken down, and this is not the kind of printer that you can fix on your own. We tried all of the little troubleshooting quick fixes, and now we need to look up “Printer Repairs Sydney” to bring in the big guns. We obviously know that the problem has worked its way beyond the capacity of our workers. And if we don’t get the printer serviced in a quick manner, then we are going to be inconveniencing a whole lot of students who are looking to enroll or transfer in the coming weeks. Our motto involved a quick turnaround, so we’ve got to get this fixed.
