The preparation time for this recipe that can be in any Egyptian Recipes book: 1 hour (low complexity). Ingredients: 1 Cauliflower, 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, sunflower oil, 5-6 tablespoons roasted sesame sauce, 1 / 2 tablespoons of juice from a lemon, 2-3 tablespoons of cold water, 2 cloves of garlic, salt to taste, chopped parsley if you prefer. Wash well the cauliflower and then boil it about 15 minutes over medium heat, along with vinegar and salt. Try it with a fork and check if it is not too soft. When you are ready to remove it from the water, then put it in oil and fry it until they reach golden brown color. Remove them from the oil after 5 minutes and place it on a paper towel. Separately in a bowl, place sesame sauce with garlic and mix well, then add the lemon. The lemon juice will strengthen the sauce slightly but do not panic.
