It keeps your body fit and your heart strong in the same time giving you flexibility and muscular endurance. You also get a sense of community if you attend a class. You become friends with your fellow students, you help each other lose weight and congratulate one another on success. Friendship that was born in the exercise class may grow into something that lasts for a lifetime.
