There are numerous detox juicing recipes on the Internet which you can easily do on your own. We have a sample recipe here, the Caw Cabbage juice. You will need 2 pears or 2 carrots, half of a small cabbage, 2 celery sticks and a handful of watercress. Wash all the produce thoroughly before putting them through the juicer. Caw cabbage tastes a bit sharp and that is why carrots or pears are added to sweeten the juice a bit. Cabbages aid in digestion and can prevent constipation and fluid retention. Cabbage also protects cancer and helps the lover function properly. Celery, pears or carrots and watercress are powerful cleansers of the intestine and they help greatly in the detoxification process.
