Two months ago, I decided to finally face my problem and do something about it. I have been overweight for almost my entire life. At five six and a half inch, my ideal weight should be between 130 pounds to 150 pounds. I was at one hundred ninety five pounds when I started to do something about my weight problem. My quest for my ideal weight started with my diet. First, I cut my carbohydrate consumption by half. Then, I reduced saturated fat intake by avoiding burgers and deep fried foods. I started to eat more see food and vegetables and stopped drinking sodas and powdered juices. I read somewhere that yogurt can help with the weight loss so I got some from my friend who happen to distribute Greek Yogurt in the district. I got it at very friendly prices and honestly, I like it better than the ordinary yogurt because of the consistency and texture. Then I started jogging and today, my weight has already dropped to one hundred seventy five pounds.
