We appreciated that the previous owners of our house had a massive love of Wooden Venetian Blinds, however, despite how much they seemed to enjoy them, they clearly had no idea how to clean them and so didn’t bother. We had a deep clean of the house before we moved all the furniture in and struggled to lift the thick layers of dust that had collected on each slack of the various blinds. As difficult as we thought the bedroom blind was to clean, we clearly hadn’t seen anything yet. The previous owners ran a childminding service which meant that there was a lot of juice spillage everywhere. This included onto the blinds. The dust was even harder to lift thanks to the fact that it had been stuck there for goodness knows how long by juice splashes. In the end, we decided to get some new blinds for the kitchen.
