At any time a Player may cancel his or her account with Trade2Race via a request sent to our Customer Support team. Once an account has been closed, the Player will no longer be able to access Trade2Race with his or her login details, and the Player's funds will be refunded to his or her credit card according to the Refund rules in our Terms & Conditions.
Trade2Race reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel a membership.
In the rare case of a server crash, all active bets in the time of the crash will be refunded with the bet amount placed by the player, the race results will be ignored, as the bets have been refunded.
It is your sole responsibility to safeguard your login information, we will not refund your money if somebody gets into your account due to negligence.
